I purchased a home in 1999 and had a negative experience of my own. I began to research the home buying process and realized that a lot of information had not been explained very well which hindered my ability to make a well informed choice. With this in mind, I set out to help people first and foremost, knowing that if they accomplished this primary goal, the success of a profitable business would soon follow.I have my ASR (Accredited Seller’s Representative) certification indicating that I have taken extra education classes on selling and pricing homes and how to market them effectively. The REALTOR® Code of Ethics requires eight hours of education every two years. Most REALTORS® scramble at the end of the two-year cycle to enroll themselves in and complete their eight hours of training, I have committed to education in my business model. Real Estate, like other industries, is changing at a rapid pace. In order to remain competitive, it is imperative to keep up with all of the changing trends in real estate and its practices. I attend at least 16 hours of training each year in order to keep abreast of the changing marketplace.
